The fourth in my Northern Monk Patrons Project Culinary Adventures series, this landscape was slightly dictated by the snow closing various roads in the Yorkshire Dales but I knew where to head for this Dales inspired screen print. I was very grateful to see the natural orange tint to the grass that I’d been looking for right next to the iconic Ribblehead Viaduct, perfect for the Yorkshire Parkin flavour of this beer. I also loved the remaining snow on the top of Whernside and I used a lot of overlapping colours to achieve the variety of colours to get a great sense of depth and scale of this wonderful place.
